Room Service is something of a speciality at Rye Lodge. There is no extra charge, so you can enjoy the luxury of breakfast in bed every morning if you wish.

 

Breakfast - the Feast of the Morning

Choose from a Continental Breakfast or hearty "Full English" breakfast. The table and chairs in your room are perfect for leisurely dining and guests with a balcony room may choose to enjoy their breakfast in the sunshine.

 

Snacks and Light Lunches

Although all rooms have coffee and tea making facilities, many guests choose to enjoy speciality teas, filter coffee or hot chocolate with delicious cakes and biscuits, brought to their room by Room Service. Perhaps you would like a sherry or glass of champagne before lunch?

Rye Lodge's light lunch menu offers a choice of soups, sandwiches, salads and house dishes to please every taste. We are pleased to offer alternatives for vegan, vegetarian, diabetic and gluten intolerant guests - just let reception know when you book, and we will ensure your menu is never dull.

 

In the afternoon sample one of Rye Lodge's famous Cream Teas - lovely scones smothered in fresh cream and compote as well as cakes and biscuits, perhaps served with champagne.

Lunches, cream teas and drinks can also be served on the terrace in fine weather or in the lounge.

 

Dining out in Style

With such a wealth of fine restaurants to be enjoyed in Rye, a restaurant within the hotel is superfluous. You can sample cuisine from all around the world, with Italian, Indian and French restaurants close by. Rye Lodge has priority reservation arrangements with several top restaurants and especially with the renowned Webbe's Restaurant, just a few hundred yards from the hotel. A complimentary shuttle service is available to drive guests to the restaurant, if required.
