What our Guests Say...
Many of our guests return to us for frequent breaks, enjoying the convivial atmosphere and relaxing surroundings. Here are just a few comments about Rye Lodge, made by recent visitors:
Just a little note to say how very much we enjoyed our stay on Friday last. The demonstration of Sabrage was fascinating and the talk on the Mary Rose was really interesting. Kerry has certainly done some very interesting things in life and it was nice to hear of some of them. The dinner and wines were excellent as was the company, we felt as if we were at a nice little dinner party, I think we all had a very nice time indeed..
Thank you to everyone who made the night something very special indeed.

Yesterday afternoon we enjoyed an afternoon tea for two with you. Due to emergency ... we had to bring our 2 year old grandson with us, and we would like to thank you for your warm welcome to us and our grandson.
Not only did we thoroughly enjoy our tea, being attentively waited on by Tony, but you also went the extra mile, looking after a pushchair and catering in a very kindly way also for our grandson. We would have liked to have been a bit more leisurely with our tea, but with a two-year old in tow that was not quite so easy! We hope that Finn was not a nuisance to you or your other guests, and would once again like to applaud you on your first rate service. We will of course recommend you to our friends, etc.
