Salts Restaurant (open Wednesday to Sunday), situated in the Rye Lodge Hotel, takes it name from the salt marshes that the hotel overlooks.

Our head chef spent 10 years working in fine dining restaurants across Europe before moving to London in 2011 where he worked at the Michelin starred Club Gascon, the 5 star Dukes Hotel in Mayfair and under Tom Aikens at Tom’s Kitchen.

Our chef and his team have put together a complex modern menu inspired by different cuisine’s with a slight Mediterranean influence and a touch of molecular gastronomy served in an upscale and intimate setting.

Our restaurant is committed to serving the best seasonal, ethically sourced ingredients and goes to great lengths researching the finest sustainable produce.
